This corporate office design is for Under Armour’s shoe product development team to allow for creative and innovative design away from the established brand and product. Implement continual interaction between team members. Provide a different type of workspace for team members to work collaboratively and individually, and build compete culture. Transparency in leadership for cultural trust with members and guests. Establishing and reinforcing team behavior.

Establishing their motto:  To make all athletes better through passion, design and the relentless pursuit of innovation.

Multi-use of management offices to be used as enclaves for team members. Glass and rope wall conference room, implementing transparency and shoe details. Climbing structure to provide wellness and product use within the office. Bleacher setting reinforcing team behavior and interaction. Walking track for interaction and wellness. Collaborative spaces between teams. Shoe display highlighting design. Motivational phrases reinforce team behavior and motto. Moss walls for biophilic interest and sound absorption. Flex lab for 3D printing product and material for design.

1ST FLOOR

RECEPTION

Reception includes the shape of shoe to highlight the Under Armour’s shoe product development team office. Conference room behind reception enclosed with glass, so can see through architecture feature on center and how it works in behind area. On left side of reception, there is open staircase and glass elevator to go to the 2nd floor. And right side of reception, there is lounge area with plant wall for biophilic interest. and TV screens for sport game or advertising their work.

Cafe; Respite for team member to come together away from work. It is also a setting to bring guest for discussion and display their brand and culture. Composed with booth, bleacher setting , and small dining tables. Add circular drop ceiling construction for more interest. To promotes wellness, there is rock climbing system in the office. It is centerpiece that connects both floor and all team members together. It is not only promotes wellness, but also uses a company shoe design. So, the team can see directly how well their design works. Another open staircase are surrounding the rockclimbing structure to head to 2nd floor. and have shower room behind the rock climbing structure.

ADVERTISING & MARKETING

Offered individual tv monitor for Advertising and Marketing team, and have white tone screen to help to focus their color works in monitor, and not get distract with different screen color. They post their best work on whole wall, so give a team accomplishment and stimulation. HR is interactive team. Their typical includes extra seating for team members to come to talk to them. Their space also includes a small meeting room for private discussion. They have file storage attached to typical, and file storage space near to them. For interview or guests, they have meeting space throughout, away from their typical.

2ND FLOOR

DESIGN & ENGINEER & TECHNOLOGY

2nd floor have most of open workspace, with design, engineer, and technology team. Have corporate space between each team. They are surrounded by track to promote wellness, and easy to talk other team. Can see the rockclimbing in the center of the area. Also have semi-open workspace and lounge to feel private rest and work.
